WHAT WE DO
We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure optimum performance for your home’s plumbing system.
THE BIG TASK
Help us improve financial performance and operational decision-making across the enterprise and perform financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis and reporting.
Serve as a strategic thinking partner, producing a financial infrastructure for sustained growth.
Create and maintain detailed financial reports to support short and long term strategic planning.
Perform continuous analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators.
Present regular analyzes and reports in an easy-to-understand format.
Develop a thorough understanding of industry trends as well as competitive pressures/opportunities.
Oversee HR, AR/AP, payroll, cash management and all related accounting procedures.
Manage accountants to establish priorities, set goals, and provide advice and feedback.
Provide accurate and timely income statements to the owner.
Coordinate with external agencies for tax planning, preparation and reporting.
Make sure state and federal income tax returns are accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain consistent and streamlined recruiting practices.
Shape the corporate culture by applying the agreed values, in particular ethics and integrity.
Manages accounting staff responsible for financial reporting, invoicing, collections, payroll and budget preparation.
Recruit and hire accounting and finance staff and conduct performance reviews.
Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of accounting software.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
MUST have a stable and long-term work history
MUST have a strong ability to multi-task
