AUSA Army Aviation Hot Topic

AUSA’s Hot Topic series educates and informs the public about emerging issues, projects and programs while connecting industry partners with key military decision makers. This one-day educational and professional development symposium consists of panel discussions focusing on specific themes provided by the host army command. Hot Topics are held four times a year at AUSA’s Conference and Event Center in Arlington, Virginia.

Registration

Pre-registration until 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 23, 2022. After this date, all registrations are done on site from 6:30 a.m., August 25, 2022.

Eligibility

The Association of the United States Army welcomes all members, employees, or consultants of member companies, military, civilian government personnel, guests, and nonmembers who are interested in or have an identifiable relationship with the AUSA or the Army. the United States.

The methods of payment accepted are American Express, VISA or MasterCard. All participants must register online, and there is no cost for civilian military and government (non-contract) personnel. Refunds will be made for registrants who cancel in writing before close of business on August 23, 2022. No refunds for cancellations after this date. Registration will open on site on August 25, 2022.

Health and security

As we welcome you back to in-person events, AUSA is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our attendees. We continue to monitor recommendations from local health authorities and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for essential large group meetings and events. In consultation with the Army and given recent trends in COVID-19 transmission levels in the National Capital Region, we encourage our participants to be fully immunized. Masks are optional.

The Gordon R. Sullivan Conference and Event Center is located in the Courthouse section of Arlington, Virginia. We are located about two blocks south of the Courthouse subway station (orange/silver lines). Driving directions can be found here: 2425 Wilson Blvd, Google Maps

AUSA does not offer free parking for this event. There are paid parking lots on the street and garages 1-5 minutes walk nearby: Parking near AUSA headquarters

Accommodation for this event is available at the Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza

Rooms are subject to the applicable tax. All individual reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of one night plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card (and the hotel will charge the participant’s credit card for the one night’s stay prior to arrival. )
